Jewelry in original condition (excluding special orders, or custom made items) may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt for store credit only. Sorry, No Refunds.

Special order items and custom made items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Layaway Agreement

90 days for layaway. If you decide to cancel your layaway there will be a 10% cancellation fee based on the total layaway purchase amount and the remainder of the deposit will be issued in a store credit. If your layaway is not picked up by the 90 days period, the layaway will be automatically cancelled and a store credit of the deposit will be issued less the 10% cancellation fee of the total layaway.

We have created these polices to ensure everyone the same level of service. If at any time you need a special arrangement, please let us know and we will do all we can to accommodate your request(s).
