Jewelry in original condition (excluding special orders, or custom made items) may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt for store credit only. Sorry, No Refunds.

Special Orders & Custom Made

Special order items and custom made items are not returnable or exchangeable. Special order is any non-inventory item or any altered item requested by the client. A minimum deposit of 50% is required at the time of order. Cancellations are not allowed, however if it’s a must, a store credit will be issued in the amount of the deposit.

Layaway Agreement

90 days for layaway. If you decide to cancel your layaway there will be a 10% cancellation fee based on the total layaway purchase amount and the remainder of the deposit will be issued in a store credit. If your layaway is not picked up by the 90 days period, the layaway will be automatically cancelled and a store credit of the deposit will be issued less the 10% cancellation fee of the total layaway.
